Shipping Policy

General Information

In Stock Cabinet LLC has to right to change anything on the shipping policy before the order has been placed.
Purchased order may be delivered in two ways: inside delivery which the shipment will be left inside the door or tailgate delivery which means the receiving customer is responsible to unload all items from the truck.
For the inside delivery, InStockCabinets.com offers an in-home delivery service that will allow our customers to enjoy the luxury of a first-class delivery made directly to their home. there will be additional costs which you would be informed by any of our sales persons. If you do not notify us before placing the order, the delivery method will turn out to be tailgate delivery by default.
In the case of tailgate delivery, the freight company delivers your order to your address at the truck’s tail end. If the pallet of the order is too huge to fit onto the liftgate, since the driver’s only responsibility is to bring the products to the tailgate of the trailer, you need to unload them by hand.
So before the truck arrives, the customers need to have enough people to be ready for the unloading process.
Truck may not have a pallet jack, dolly, or lift-gate.
Trailers are only allowed to park on legal parking spots and paved public roads.

During The Order Placement

Before placing the order customers are required to notify if delivery location is not accessible for 53'trailer. Please contact us via phone or email.
We may need to make special arrangements. Nevertheless, In Stock Cabinet LLC will be the one to make the ultimate decision if a delivery address is accessible or not.
Customers are required to provide the correct address while placing the order, otherwise if there are some changes during the delivery process, there will be a rerouting fee of 75$ and may result in additional charges.
After the placement of the order you will be sent a date information and a tracking number through email which you may track your order status.
When your order arrived at the local terminal, a related freight company will call you about the delivery date and time frame.

On The Day Of Delivery

Customers will be notified at least 2 hours prior to delivery. Early morning delivery appointments will be confirmed the night before.
In case of unexpected delays (weather, mechanical, other delivery delays etc.), customers will be notified via phone call.
If the driver needs to wait additional time to get unloaded, the customer may be charged the carrier’s fee of $100 for every 45 minutes.
Make sure someone of legal age will be available to accept the item at the delivery address.

When The Unloading Completed

You need to check if there are any damaged parts on the cabinet boxes.
If there are some damages on the box which are seen from the outside, you need to open the box and carry out a further inspection. The truck driver is not allowed to open the box and throw away any trash.
The customer is required to check the product from the packing list to ensure they received all items with no visible damage from the outside. If anything is missing or has visible damage, the customer is required to note it on the driver’s packing slip (POD/BOL) before signing and notify In Stock Cabinet LLC. Failure to do so will revoke customers’ rights to claim missing or damaged items. Damaged or missing items are required to be marked on packing slip (POD) or BOL upon receipt. Customers are required to review carefully before signing.
We may ship some parts and accessories via UPS or FedEx. They will be dropped off at the delivery site. Usually, you will not be asked to sign any document.
