If you use credit cards, we do not have access to, and do not retain any payment card information. When you enter your payment information online, in connection with a purchase, it is immediately transmitted to our payment processing provider through an encrypted gateway. We only retain the user’s name and contact information in order to process the order. Once payment has been processed, the payment processor informs us whether the payment has been approved or declined, so that we can process the order. We only retain the truncated or encrypted billing information for our record purposes in accordance with applicable laws and our data retention policy or in case we must refund a payment. We decline any liability for the security of your payment card information stored on third party credit card processing companies.

We have no control over, and are not responsible for the information collection and/or handling practices of such other websites or applications. Users have the right to review, change, or suppress personal information that we have collected from them. There are several ways to do this. You can update your account information and your profile settings by logging into your account.
You can also contact us as indicated in the Contact Us section of this Privacy Notice. We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

ordering process

If you use Instock Cabinet, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be of legal age to make any purchases on the Instock Cabinet website. You agree that all information that is entered into the system is true to the best of your knowledge. Instock Cabinet reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Instock Cabinet hours are Monday – Thursday from 8:00am – 7:00pm (EST) and Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm (EST) at toll free 1-877-573-0088 or customerservice@Instock Cabinet.
A confirmation email will be sent to the customer after the order is received and credit card authorization is approved.
All online orders are final. It’s the responsibility of the customer to verify the confirmation email and make sure that everything is correct. Please verify your items before placing your order.
All online orders from Instock Cabinet are custom orders so we DO NOT accept order cancellations or returns. Exceptions are made on certain products. See product details below.
All orders must be paid in full in order to be processed.
Instock Cabinet will not hold orders once they are placed. You will be required to accept the delivery in the normal time period.
All approved refunds will take approximately 3-7 business days to reflect back on the credit card. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Orders may be subject to tax. For purchases where sales tax is applicable, you will see the tax calculated on the checkout page prior to submitting your order. In addition, some states may require you to file Use Tax for online purchases. Check with your local taxing authority for additional details.
If for any reason an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email with the items backorder status. All backorder shipping charges will be prepaid by Instock Cabinet.
Due to the rapid pace of our industry, the availability of our current products is constantly changing. Some vendors will discontinue a product that we are not aware of, thus forcing us to refund your order. If the site displays the item IN STOCK, yet we are unable to fulfill the order, we will do everything we can to meet your order needs.

tax and regulations

Orders may be subject to tax. For purchases where sales tax is applicable, you will see the tax calculated on the checkout page prior to submitting your order. In addition, some states may require you to file Use Tax for online purchases. Check with your local taxing authority for additional details.

Alabama Customers

Seller has collected the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue.

applicable law

By using any Instock Cabinet services, you agree that the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these conditions of use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Instock Cabinet. All disputes will be filed in Hillsborough county under Florida Law. All disputes must be mailed to 8906 Brittany Way, Tampa, Florida, 33619. All emailed disputes will not be responded to.

prohibited usage

In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation.
For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information or otherwise.
The children under age of 13 are not allowed to use this site.
